Pettitt Lands is a real estate corporation specializing in
residential and small acreage appraisals in south Monterey County. The company
also appraises ranch and vineyard properties in Monterey, San Bonito and San
Luis Obispo Counties.
Pettitt Lands was established in 1919 and over the years has built-up a valuable
database of sales in the areas that it serves.
Tom Pettitt now owns the company and holds a general
real estate appraiser's license. Tom joined BP & D in 1981 as a partner and
brings his 30 years of experience and expertise to the company.
